Throughout this journey I have a ton of questions. Questions for my doctor, my recovery house, and of my fellow surgery dolls. So I will use this page to post the questions I have and the answers I received from

How many surgeries do you do in a day?  You only one that day. I only do one surgery if it a combined surgery.
Can I send you or Karel my list of what to pack to make sure that I have everything that I need? Send it to Karel as I have no idea if you would be missing something. Lots of things in the girl department that I don;t know much about.

Do you provide compression socks? Yes we do. Open toes.
Should I get a back up pair?
Do you think my belly button will move with my tummy tuck or will you make me a new one?
Can I be heart shaped.  I'm sorry but whoever performs that cannot be a board certified plastic surgeon.

How many weeks do I have to wait before I can drive? 4 weeks before driving
Workout--like walking or elliptical? 4-6 weeks for the elliptical, let's see how you recover.

What are "dog ears'? How common are they? Can I do anything to prevent them? Dog ears should not happen ever. They are excess skin left in the border of the incisions and they can be corrected immediately during the surgery.  I have have 'dog ears'.

How could/would my cycle effect my cycle/ What and how far ahead should I take additional iron? Start now, 300mg daily. You hemo goes down a little with your period.  Have Vitamin C separate 1000mg as well and stop 2 weeks before surgery.

How long does botox last? About 4-6 months.

What tummy tuck procedure do you usually use? I use several different techniques to prevent seromas. For example suturing the inner fat layer to the muscle to close the dissection among other techniques. I use a special drainage system which theoretically cannot get clogged.

Also do you/can you severe my eye brow frown lines while I am getting other procedures?   It is temporary and I stopped doing them because//long term effect is not good.

Can I instead take the lipo on my thighs(instead of my flanks and lower back)? Don't worry I'll do your thighs as well.

how strict the 14 day rule? I would recommend 10-14 days. But let's say your a slow healer...You'll go home without being completely recovered.

No, the multiple patients discount is a 15% discount and the seed patient is a 10% discount. They cannot be added one with the other You can secure your quote and date with the 10% discount. For the moment your surgery buddy books her surgery date close to yours, i will update your balance with the 15% multiple disc. 

Pre-Op
The thing is that the PreOp appointment is a full and complete evaluation before surgery, not only by DR. FG but also by a Cardiologist, a Blood Work technician, a Chest Xray. So you will have to be here in Santo Domingo in the morning, to fulfilled the 24 hrs requirement before get in surgery and be in our office at 11.30 am.

After you pay for your deposit, your quoted price is assured for whenever you wish to have your surgery.

Payment for Services
For the  surgery date deposit, we only accept Western Union or MoneyGram  because this money is payed to the clinic.

Another option we have is PayPal, and with this option you can use your  credit card, but PayPal will charge you with a 5.4% of transaction fee. If you prefer this option, let me know and I'll send you your invoice.

For Western Union and MoneyGram you'd need the following information:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Make sure that the deposit is in US currency. Some  patients have deposited US$300 but Western Union changes the exchange  fare to a much lower one, and it ends up being less.

Hello Stormy,

Thanks for your contact.

Sorry for this delayed evaluation, but I try as much as I can to do it 
as quick as possible. It's just too many emails, too many evaluations 
(added to the surgeries, seeing patients, and having a life :-p).

So, I have evaluated your photos and you are an excellent candidate for 
a Mommy Makeover. Even though your BMI is quite high right now (30.9), I 
can tell by your photos that most of your weight is located in your 
thighs. I don't wanna discourage you on loosing those 10 lbs extra you 
mentioned (or more if possible), but you have a nice body shape already, 
which tells me you could have an amazing outcome.

Breasts: you clearly have breast hypertrophy and they are pretty fallen. 
However, you seem to have enough volume to have very natural filled 
round breasts after a well performed Breast Lift. With the technique I 
use, I take advantage of your own tissue, creating kind of an "implant" 
with it, which gives a very nice result, rejuvenating the aspect of the 
breasts. In a personal evaluation, we would determine what size are you 
aiming for.

Abdomen: Now, you clearly have a very good indication for a tummy tuck, 
and your case is very good for this surgery, because you have a severe 
skin excess and a mild to moderate fat accumulation. There is some 
evident muscle  separation seen in your abdominal region. This, added to 
the severe  skin and moderate fat excess in the area, clearly tell me 
your abdomen  aspect could be greatly improved aesthetically with a 
Tummy Tuck. The  tummy tuck not only eliminates fat and skin, but it 
defines the waist  line more, giving the patient a curvier body because 
of the "corset"  effect created by the abdominal rectus muscle. Another 
good point on  your favor is the fact that you have enough skin to have 
a very low  positioned scar, meaning, this surgery should allow you to 
use a very  low bikini bottom or panties if you feel like it.

Body: this is where your case differentiates from the rest. You have a 
very good shape, I was really amazed with your photos. Your rear view 
pictures are a complete different person, and we want to highlight your 
positive attributes. We'd concentrate the lipo work on your back and 
flanks (waist), just to enhance even more your existing good feminine 
silhouette.

Butt: ok, you have some projection, and you can clearly observe this in 
your profile photo. Your brazilian butt lift would be mostly focused on 
enhancing the roundness of your butt, and making it complement nicely 
the rest of your body.
